The Management Team

QFX Software is headed by a management team who share a vision for a better, safer world, a passion for innovation and excellence in what we do, a belief in hard work and its reward, and a combined business experience of decades.

Qian ("Chen") Z. Wang, President and CEO

Qian has been a programmer since age 12 and has had experience working on cutting edge projects at both the M.I.T. Media Lab and the M.I.T. Laboratory for Computer Science. Qian holds a B.S. and a Master's in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from M.I.T.

Fredric G. Gale, Chairman and CFO

Fred is a seasoned business executive and lawyer with decades of management experience. He has been the CEO of NYSE-listed Larwin Mortgage Investors, the Chairman and CEO of a principal subsidiary of Chase Manhattan Corp., and owner of a wind energy company.

Xin ("Shin") L. Gale, Vice President of Communications

Prior to working for QFX Software, Xin was a professor of rhetoric and writing at Syracuse University and a published author. She holds a Ph.D. in English from the University of South Florida.
